The consecration of Russia will have its effects. The promises given by heaven should be a powerful motivation to accomplish Our Lady’s request.

Каждый человек может посвящать себя и также может посвящать других. Однако, в Фатиме Пресвятая Дева потребовала, чтобы акт посвящения России был совершён наивысшей властью на земле — Папой, и не в одиночку, но вместе со всеми епископами, то есть Петром и коллегией апостолов, представленных епископами.

The Pope in union with all the bishops
Any person can consecrate himself, and he can consecrate others as well. At Fatima, however, Our Lady required that this act of consecration of Russia be accomplished by the highest authority on earth, the Pope. And not only the Pope, but the Pope together with all the bishops of the world, i.e., Peter and the college of apostles, represented by the bishops.
Le Pape en union avec les évêques
N’importe qui peut se consacrer et, peut également consacrer les autres. Cependant, à Fatima, Notre-Dame a demandé que cet acte soit accompli par la plus haute autorité de la terre, le Pape. Et non pas le Pape seul, mais le Pape avec tous les évêques, c’est-à-dire Pierre et le collège des apôtres.

Każdy człowiek może poświęcić samego siebie i może także poświęcić swych bliźnich. Jednakże w Fatimie, Matka Boża poprosiła, by ten akt poświęcenia Rosji dokonany został przez najwyższą władzę duchową na ziemi — przez Papieża. Nie tylko jednak przez samego papieża, lecz w łączności ze wszystkimi biskupami świata — inaczej mówiąc przez Piotra oraz Apostołów, reprezentowanych przez biskupów.
